What We Offer:
- £12.37 per hour
- Contracted or flexible hours – up to 44 hours per week
- Full training and induction – no prior experience needed
- Two-Four week buddy system – shadowing and support as you settle in
- Paid DBS/PVG, uniform, and onsite parking
- Opportunities to gain qualifications and progress into senior roles, training, or leadership
