Receptionist Contract

  • £12.71 per hour
  • 35 hours per week
  • Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

As the first point of contact within the home, you will support a variety of front of house responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing telephone enquiries, handling incoming correspondence and helping ensure the reception area remains professional, organised and welcoming at all times. You will also work closely with the wider team, providing administrative support where needed and helping maintain the smooth day to day running of the home.

What Matters Most

  •  Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or administrative roles
  •  Friendly, professional and approachable communication skills
  •  Confidence managing telephone enquiries and welcoming visitors
  •  Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  •  Good IT skills and confidence using email and Microsoft Office systems
  •  A positive, reliable and professional approach in a busy environment
