This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse leader who is confident managing teams, maintaining exceptional clinical standards and supporting others to perform at their best. Whether guiding colleagues, overseeing complex care needs or ensuring the smooth day to day running of your unit, your leadership will help create a safe, supportive and well managed environment where residents and colleagues can thrive.
